Lhermitte's sign

Flexion of the neck causes paresthesias radiating from the neck into the back & limbs. Etiology: - cervical spinal cord disease due to: a) multiple sclerosis b) mantle field irradiation in the treatment of Hodgkin's disease c) vitamin B12 deficiency
